These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Vetted Sports website and membership services operated by Vetted Sports Ventures LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing our website or applying for membership, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. ABOUT VETTED SPORTS

Vetted Sports is a private membership network for investors, executives, and dealmakers operating at the intersection of sports and capital. Membership provides access to private events, curated introductions, deal flow, and member programming as described at the time of enrollment.

2. ELIGIBILITY

Membership in Vetted Sports is by invitation or application only. We reserve the right to approve or deny any application at our sole discretion. Membership is intended for individuals who are 18 years of age or older and are operating as professionals in the sports investment, business, or dealmaking space.

3. MEMBERSHIP AND PAYMENT

Membership fees are billed annually and processed through Stripe, our third-party payment processor. By submitting payment, you agree to Stripe's terms of service in addition to these Terms.

Membership fees are due at the time of enrollment and upon each annual renewal

All fees are stated in US dollars

You are responsible for ensuring your payment information is accurate and up to date

We reserve the right to modify membership pricing with reasonable advance notice

4. CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS

Membership is annual and non-refundable except at the sole discretion of Vetted Sports Ventures LLC. If you wish to cancel your membership, you may do so by contacting us at hello@vettedsports.com. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period and you will not be charged upon renewal.

5. MEMBER CONDUCT

By joining Vetted Sports, you agree to:

Treat all members, guests, and staff with professionalism and respect

Keep all member information, conversations, and introductions strictly confidential

Not solicit, recruit, or attempt to do business with members outside of the network for competing purposes

Not share, distribute, or reproduce any proprietary content, member data, or deal flow information without prior written consent

Not engage in any conduct that could harm the reputation or integrity of Vetted Sports or its members

We reserve the right to terminate any membership immediately and without refund for violation of these conduct standards.

6. CONFIDENTIALITY

Vetted Sports operates as a private, off-the-record network. Members acknowledge that information shared within the network — including but not limited to investment strategies, deal flow, member identities, and business discussions — is confidential. Members agree not to disclose such information to any third party without prior consent.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on the Vetted Sports website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and programming materials, is the property of Vetted Sports Ventures LLC and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.

8. DISCLAIMERS

Vetted Sports is not a registered investment advisor, broker-dealer, or financial institution. Nothing shared within the network constitutes financial, legal, or investment advice. Members are solely responsible for their own investment decisions. Vetted Sports makes no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any information shared within the network.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vetted Sports Ventures LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your membership or use of our services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for membership in the most recent billing period.

10. . TERMINATION

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your membership at any time for violation of these Terms, conduct unbecoming of a member, or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your access to the network and all member benefits will cease immediately.

11. . GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, followed by non-binding mediation in Miami, Florida, before either party pursues legal action.

12. . CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify members of material changes via email. Continued use of our services following notice of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
