Member Code of Conduct

Effective Date: May 4th, 2026

Vetted Sports is a private, invite-only network built on trust, discretion, and mutual respect. By becoming a member, you agree to uphold the standards that make this community valuable for everyone in it.

1. PROFESSIONALISM

Members agree to engage with all other members, guests, and Vetted Sports staff with professionalism and respect at all times, in person, in the WhatsApp group, and in any other network communication channel.

Harassment, discrimination, or conduct unbecoming of a professional will not be tolerated under any circumstances.

2. CONFIDENTIALITY

What happens in the room stays in the room.

All conversations, introductions, deal flow, and information shared within the Vetted Sports network, including private dinners, virtual programming, and the member WhatsApp group, are strictly off the record unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Members agree not to:

• Share, distribute, or publicly disclose information shared by other members without prior consent

• Reference other members' names, affiliations, or involvement in deals outside the network without permission

• Use information gained through the network for personal gain outside of Vetted Sports

These obligations continue after membership ends.

3. DEAL FLOW & INTRODUCTIONS

Vetted Sports facilitates introductions and deal flow for informational purposes only. Members agree to:

• Share deals and opportunities in good faith and only those they are directly involved in or have permission to share

• Not solicit investments, pitch securities, or make financial recommendations through the network

• Not offer or request finder's fees, commissions, or transaction-based compensation through the network

• Conduct their own due diligence on any opportunity shared within the network

Vetted Sports does not verify, validate, or endorse any deal, investment, or opportunity shared by members.

4. NON-SOLICITATION

During membership and for 12 months following termination, members agree not to:

• Solicit or recruit other members for competing networks, platforms, or communities

• Use relationships developed through Vetted Sports to support any competing product or service

• Facilitate introductions between members outside of Vetted Sports for personal or third-party benefit

5. LEGAL DISCLAIMER

Vetted Sports is an information and networking platform only. All content, deal flow, introductions, and communications are for informational purposes only and do not constitute investment advice, securities recommendations, or an offer to buy or sell any securities.

Vetted Sports is not a broker-dealer, investment adviser, or funding platform. Members acknowledge that all investment decisions are made solely at their own discretion and risk.

By participating in Vetted Sports, members agree not to treat Vetted Sports or its operators as a fiduciary, broker, or adviser in any capacity.

6. ENFORCEMENT & TERMINATION

Vetted Sports reserves the right to suspend or terminate any membership immediately and without refund for violation of this Code of Conduct. Determinations are made at the sole discretion of Vetted Sports Ventures LLC.

7. UPDATES

Vetted Sports reserves the right to update this Code of Conduct at any time. Members will be notified of material changes via email.
